IMPOSSIBLE ENGINE CARNAGE! This Silverado 6.0 Blew Up BIG TIIME After Shoddy Repair Work! But Why?

Today may set the bar for the most blown up engine I've torn down this year.
This is the 6.0L L96 V8 from a 2010+ Silverado or Sierra 2500/3500 Pickup. Since this engine is a core return for a good engine sold, which means I unfortunately didn't get the story to why this engine is SO BADLY Blown to bits. I've torn down hundreds of Gen3 and Gen4 LS architecture engines and this one was SURPRISINGLY bad.

We salvage the good, sellable parts and recycle rest. No, we don't rebuild engines but we do sell parts to people who do!
