After one of the wildest off-road recovery missions in Alaska, Wrecker Rick and the Murphys Diesel crew finally accomplish the impossible — the emergency recovery of a Sisu Hägglunds tracked military vehicle that fell through dangerous river ice near the Yukon River. Against brutal odds, freezing temperatures, unstable terrain, and extreme winter conditions, the recovery is finally complete…

Or so they thought.

What should have been the easy part quickly turns into another fight for survival as the crew faces a whole new set of recovery hiccups, breakdowns, dangerous terrain, and unexpected hurdles while attempting to haul equipment and escape the unforgiving Alaskan wilderness.

With thin ice breaking apart, dangerous river crossings, deep snow, remote wilderness roads, extreme weather, heavy equipment problems, and miles of isolated terrain, this becomes more than just an off-road recovery — it becomes a race to make it home.
