Valve's Nightmare Playtesters & Their Consequences

Playtesting is cool. You get to go on a secret mission, see games before they're finished, experience them for yourself and even have some input to change the game going forward.

But not every playtester is as smart as you. No, some struggle with the most basic of tasks. The question is - is it your fault as the developer, or the fault of dumb playtesters?

And in a world where playtesters constantly surprise companies with their incompetence, the biggest surprise of all comes with the huge changes they can influence. I got a few together to show you all, since they're both funny and super interesting.
