Spending 78 hours to save 8 seconds on Koopa Cape - Mario Kart Wii

On this episode of The Glitch Gauntlet...
The Koopa Cape ultra shortcut is one of the most difficult shortcuts in all of Mario Kart Wii. Not because of frame perfect timings or ultra-precise alignment, but rather because of how many steps there are, and how little room for error there is on each of them. By clipping into the wall at the start of the track, you can tightrope walk your way up to an invisible checkpoint, then turn around and boost out of bounds to potentially get a quick lap count if you work some checkpoint magic.
Man, I didn't expect this one to be half as difficult as it was. It was a fun glitch, but between the lap count not making sense and the glitch entry being super inconsistent (even if they both got better by the end) it was super hard to stay motivated to keep putting so much time into playing. This said, I'm still super glad I pushed through, it feels cool to have made this one. Learning new glitches obviously gets a lot harder as fewer and fewer of them are left to learn. Super huge thanks to 117James for all the help with pulling this off.
