With the upcoming release of Game Freak's highly anticipated Nintendo Switch games Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, we should take the chance to take a look at a Pokémon game which we never actually got: Pokémon Z. Pokémon Z would have been the extra version (definitive version) of Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, and would therefore likely have been the best way to experience the Kalos region. After all, why wouldn't you want a better version of the games that introduced mega evolutions, the fairy type, 3D, and so much more? DidYouKnowGaming and Austin John Plays already covered this topic at great length just recently, but in this video I'll concisely tell you what made Pokémon X/Y so special and why we sadly never got to experience a Pokémon Z on the Nintendo 3DS!
