I was wrong about Mega Pyroar ex.

If it wasn't for Mega Gallade, Pyroar would be the worst new Mega in Chaos Rising. But there is a fun combo we had no idea would emerge.

*Aside from that first game, I never really used Ninetales. While it’s fun that the combo exists, Mega Pyroar just isn’t worth playing in any way, shape, or form. Reshiram ex is better in almost every situation, and you can pair Fire types with Emboar instead of Oricorio ex for acceleration.
