Today we are called meat cutters. Once , not so long ago, we were part of the trade of butchers. With innovation this trade is making way to the machine. It is my intent to inform and possibly revive this trade with the knowledge I have acquired over the past 20+ years in the business. I am a 4th generation butcher and part of a bloodline of butchers dating back to the days of my great-grandfather. If you are looking to advance into a well paying career cutting meat or just for money saving tips at home, this channel will provide the information from a meat cutters, "butchers", perspective.
