Mindful Wing Chun

Mindful Wing Chun is the largest Kung Fu school in Hong Kong (as well as our Online School accessible worldwide). Our mission is to pass on Grandmaster CHU SHONG TIN's 'internal' method of Wing Chun which promotes health through cultivating MINDFULNESS and Deep RELAXATION resulting in a BALANCED Body and Mind.

Chu Shong Tin was one of the first students of Ip Man in Hong Kong. Within a few years of training with Ip Man, he became one of the most Snr and the leading teachers in Ip Mans school as was coined the title 'The King Of Siu Nim Tao' by Ip Man. He taught Wing Chun Full-time for over 60years before he passed away in 2014.

Nima King, our head-instructor, began learning Wing Chun at the age of 14. in 2005 he moved to Hong Kong and was training daily under Chu Shong Tin and continued doing so for 9 years until he passed away. Our Instructors have over 90yrs of combined experience and have dedicated their life to practicing and teaching this life-changing internal art of Kung Fu!
